All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and location.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • All quotes and estimates are free and non-binding.

  • Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or approved electronic methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and the area where work will be performed. If pets are on the premises, we kindly ask they are secured during the appointment.

5. Liability

We treat every home like it’s our own, but:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damage, or manufacturer defects.

  • Any work that involves third-party products (e.g. smart locks, mounts) is subject to the manufacturer’s limitations.

  • We carry appropriate liability insurance and strive to maintain the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
